City of Leavenworth Food Truck Pilot Program

The City of Leavenworth will begin a food truck pilot program on May 1 to increase activity and food options in the downtown.  Local businesses within the downtown zoning district can apply for a permit to reserve adjacent on-street parking spaces for a food truck.  Permits will be available on the City Clerk’s website and can be requested for a single day or recurring days.  The program will run for six months from May 1 to October 31.  Permits will be reviewed and approved on a first come, first serve basis, with a total of seven permits available.  There is a limit of two permits per business, however, each permit could include recurring dates.  Further details can be found in the attached pilot program guidelines.
