About Us

Joe Kobs is an attorney with over 24 years of experience practicing law. He is licensed in Kansas and Oklahoma. Joe retired from the Army in 2020 after over 20 years of service. His practice before his career in the Army focused on Estate Planning. In addition to Estate Planning, Joe’s experience in the military and as a Veteran allows him to better educate and explain to Veterans their rights and entitlements to VA Disability Benefits. Joe is Lifetime Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, a member of the Lansing and Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Trustes of the Leavenworth County Law Library.
