Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Starting pay scale: $25 - $28 HR?
Job Description:
Zephyr Products Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper Supervisor and Transportation Manager with a CDL (Passenger Endorsement). As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal of our premises.
Responsibilities:
1. CDL with Passenger Endorsement:
   - Utilize CDL skills to transport employees to and from Zephyr Products Inc. and Lansing Facility.
   - Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and operational condition.
   - Adhere to safety regulations and conduct routine vehicle inspections.
2. Janitorial Supervision:
   - Oversee the janitorial staff and ensure the cleanliness of indoor spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
   - Develop and implement cleaning schedules to meet high standards of hygiene.
   - Order and manage cleaning supplies to ensure efficient operations.
3. Groundskeeping:
   - Oversee and maintain the care for outdoor areas, including lawns, and walkways.
   - Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting.
   - Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness in outdoor spaces.
Qualifications:
1. Possession of a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
    (Passenger Endorsement could be after obtained after employment if applicant does not have one already)
2. Experience in groundskeeping and janitorial services is preferred.
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
