We are looking for the Team Player to be a part of our organization and assist with the daily administrative operations of the company
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently.
Key Elements to the job
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
• Timely communication to our customers
• Organization and time management
• Flexibility to adapt to different processes as required by each vendor
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft programs
Day To Day Duties
• Answering communication via phone and email
• Order processing with customers
• Setting expectations with our customers for deliverables
• Monitor issues and act on problems when they arise
• Prepare and deliver communication to our customers and vendors
Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer competency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft
