The Community of Hope is in need of volunteers for our night shelter. The Leavenworth Interfaith Community of Hope is able to operate because of a network of volunteers. It takes 70 volunteers each week for our Night Shelter to operate. As a volunteer, you can choose what day of the week, and shift time, you volunteer. Night shifts are 3 hours each as listed below:
Shift 1: 8PM-11PM
Shift 2: 11PM-2AM
Shift 3: 2AM-5AM
Shift 4: 5AM-8AM

If you have a volunteer heart, there is a place for you! Join us as we host our next regular monthly volunteer info and training session. The training will last from 6-7 p.m., and covers policies and procedures, provides a tour of the facility, and time to ask any questions you may have. No preregistration is necessary. If you have any questions or need training at a different time, please contact Margaret Del Debbio at margaretdeldebbio@gmail.com or by calling 913-704-8053.
We would love to have you join our team.
