Barton Community College, Ft. Leavenworth Student Services, seeks applicants for part-time replacement Customer Service Representative. Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED; Associates in Business Technology or related field preferred. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with students, faculty, and staff; work with students of diverse ages and backgrounds; and ability to operate independently/multitask; problem solving is a must. Experienced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Position serves as first point of contact with all students entering the Fort Leavenworth office, will assist students/potential students with information about programs/degrees offered and general information about the college and classes. Will also assist with all office duties including processing student enrollment and transcripts, working with multiple operating systems to assist students and staff, answering the phone and e-mail, and other traditional office duties.
