The Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the University of Kansas, will be presenting a "Lunch & Learn" seminar on September 7th! Join us as Dr. Angela Gist-Mackey facilitates a fun and informative seminar regarding effective communication for your business!
Effectively engaging in customer and client relationships can sustain your business or organization through even the toughest economic times. Learn about customer relationship marketing, conflict management, and "hidden" communication behaviors that will influence your customer loyalty.
In this session we will examine the role of communication in developing committed, flexible customers and clients who will support your business no matter what. You'll leave with resources to better understand the way communication is currently operating in your business relationships with customers and clients.
